We collect the account information you provide (email, brand name, Telegram username) and the technical data required to run your whitelabel bot (API keys you submit, fee wallet address, bot tokens). We also record first-party, privacy-friendly website traffic events (page views and click beacons, hashed IP, anonymized visitor id) for product analytics.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers. Stripe may receive your email, billing details and payment metadata according to their privacy policy.
We use your data to create and operate your account, deploy your bot, provide support, send transactional emails (welcome, billing, security, abandoned checkout) and improve the service.
API keys submitted through the dashboard are encrypted at rest and only visible to you and our operations team. Sessions use HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite cookies.
Raw traffic analytics are retained for 180 days. Bot snapshots are retained for 24 hours. Ingest logs for 7 days. You can request account deletion by contacting support.
